Biography
Colter Harris focuses his practice on real estate and finance. He represents real estate developers in acquisitions, land use and development, financing, and disposition, and he represents some of the largest financial institutions in the country in real estate, commercial, and asset-based lending transactions. Colter has particular experience in Tax Credit and Tax Increment Financing, complex mortgage and commercial multi-tier transactions, including mezzanine financing and intercreditor issues, and has been integrally involved in the renovation and redevelopment of a number of the historic buildings in Dallas’ Central Business District, representing both developers and lenders.
