Biography
Lauren Ciminello serves as Chair of the Family Office practice for Jackson Walker. For nearly 20 years, she has advised high net worth individuals, families, business owners and family offices on a wide variety of legal matters, such as corporate governance, inter-generational planning, including business and family succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, finance, and estate and tax planning to help clients achieve their business and personal goals.
Lauren approaches her practice with a holistic view, recognizing that each business and family has unique priorities and goals that must be taken into consideration in addition to legal matters. Clients consider her a part of their advisory team and value her confidentiality, creativity and responsiveness.
She regularly advises owners and executive teams, working collaboratively with other professional advisors, to develop and implement comprehensive corporate and finance structuring, together with tax and estate planning, to help minimize liability and preserve wealth for future generations.
Lauren has spent her legal career working with multiple generations of families, guiding them through various transactions and working through long term strategic planning. Lauren also advises businesses and trusts in negotiating sophisticated financing transactions.
