Biography
Michael is a corporate attorney specializing in private investment fund formation and complex corporate transactions. He works with a diverse range of clients, including fund sponsors, private companies, institutional investors, and real estate investment managers.
Michael advises on the organization, negotiation, structuring, and operation of private investment funds. He also counsels clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, securities offerings, including Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) offerings, and general corporate planning.
