Jackson Walker represented T-Bar Fence, a North Texas–based provider of fencing, gate, and sport court installation services, in its acquisition by Fenceworks, a portfolio company of Gemspring Capital.
The transaction expands Fenceworks’ footprint into the Texas market and adds a well‑established regional platform serving homebuilders, general contractors, school districts, and residential customers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Founded more than 40 years ago, T‑Bar Fence is known for its diversified product offerings, local market expertise, and longstanding customer relationships. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
