Biography
Kelly Hodge primarily represents lenders in connection with the structuring, negotiation and documentation of complex commercial real estate transactions, including construction, interim and permanent financings. Kelly has substantial experience across a broad range of the capital structure, including unitranche, first/second lien and mezzanine debt structures, as well as preferred equity investments.
Additionally, Kelly’s practice includes representing clients on back-leverage opportunities, as well as the restructuring of troubled credit facilities and foreclosure on real estate collateral.
In addition to working on commercial real estate finance matters, Kelly also represents lenders in structuring and documenting secured and unsecured commercial credit facilities, such as lines of credit, acquisition term loans and other asset-based lending facilities in a variety of other industries.
