Biography
Raman Dewan is an IP attorney and is the head of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group. Raman (pronounced Raymun) is a registered patent attorney and concentrates his practice in the areas of complex licensing, intellectual property counseling and monetization, and trademark prosecution. He has been practicing law for over 25 years and has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating development, distribution, license, and related intellectual property agreements from both the licensor and licensee perspectives, as well as counseling clients on strategies for acquiring, building, and monetizing their IP portfolios. Raman’s focus is using practical measures to help his clients protect and grow their intellectual property assets and their businesses. Prior to attending law school, Raman was a Captain in the United States Air Force.
