Jackson Walker represented ELM Utility Services in connection with a strategic growth investment by Tiger Infrastructure Partners, a private equity firm focused on middle-market infrastructure companies.
Founded in 1991, ELM operates a fleet of more than 1,400 vehicles serving over 60 utilities across 13 states to ensure underground infrastructure is properly located and marked in advance of excavations. The investment will support ELM’s continued national expansion and strengthen its position as a trusted leader in outsourced public utility locating services across the United States.
