Biography

Sara advises clients on a wide variety of labor and employment matters. She regularly defends employers in discrimination and wrongful termination lawsuits, government investigations, and wage and hour matters. In her advisory role, Sara counsels clients on employee policies, covenants not to compete, collective bargaining issues, and other matters affecting the employer-employee relationship. Her areas of interest include executive and physician employment agreements, labor union disputes, and internal investigations.

Sara also has experience in healthcare litigation and regulatory matters, including telemedicine and digital health, state and federal regulatory compliance, entity licensing, and insurance disputes. Sara frequently advises clients on multi-state telehealth and healthcare practitioner employment matters, including corporate practice, joint practice, and physician non-compete requirements.

Sara’s clients benefit from her experience in a number of practice areas—including labor & employment, healthcare, and commercial litigation—and particularly from her ability to generate pragmatic but creative solutions to problems by drawing on the unique skills these practice areas often require. Her clients include hospital systems, healthcare companies, financial institutions, manufacturers, and insurance companies.
