Sara K. Harris
Sara advises clients on a wide variety of labor and employment matters. She regularly defends employers in discrimination and wrongful termination lawsuits, government investigations, and wage and hour matters. In her advisory role, Sara counsels clients on employee policies, covenants not to compete, collective bargaining issues, and other matters affecting the employer-employee relationship. Her areas of interest include executive and physician employment agreements, labor union disputes, internal investigations, and non-compete contracts. Sara also has experience in healthcare litigation and regulatory matters, including telemedicine and digital health, state and federal regulatory compliance, entity licensing, and insurance disputes.
Sara’s clients benefit from her experience in a number of practice areas—including labor & employment, commercial litigation, and healthcare—and particularly from her ability to generate pragmatic but creative solutions to problems by drawing on the unique skills these practice areas often require.
